Michael O'Hair

Michael O'Hair is a founding member of The Robin Marks Foundation, and producing partner of The Ballyhoo Sideshow Festival. Mr. O'Hair has a background in theater and magic, taking up the sideshow arts in 2004 as a fire performer and then branching out into various "painproof" acts. Based out of Michigan, he is a co-founder and a principal performer with the Knotty Bits Sideshow. Along with performing, he builds props for and is the booking agent and technical director for Hire the Circus, which produces shows up and down the eastern half of the United States.
With 30 years as a professional entertainer of various types, he has worked at virtually every type of event and venue - from tented shows to theme parks, fairs, ren faires, clubs, biker rallies, and corporate galas.
Alice Bartlett

Alice Bartlett is a founding member and Treasurer of the Board for The Robin Marks Foundation, and a producing partner of the Ballyhoo Sideshow Festival. Ms. Bartlett is currently managing partner of FreakShow Deluxe, LLC.
Ms. Bartlett holds degrees in business management from Central State University and Sinclair College, graduating summa cum laude for all three of her degrees. She served proudly in the United States Army.
Previously, Ms. Bartlett worked with nonprofit companies First Frontier, Inc. and the Southern Sideshow Hootenanny. She has been performing on stage and screen from the age of four. Her performance highlights include: her commercial work and print modeling, as a dancer with everything from the Tulsa Ballet to onstage with Kid Rock, and 15 years as a sideshow headliner with FreakShow Deluxe.
Jackie Joy

Jackie Joy, a.k.a. Sylver Fyre is a founding member of the Robin Marks Foundation and a producing partner of the Ballyhoo Sideshow Festival. Ms. Joy has a background in dance and circus and began her training in sideshow back in 2004. As an entrepreneur she is the executive producer and artistic director of Hire the Circus Agency, co-creator and principal performer of Knotty Bits Sideshow, and owner of Aerial 4 Me circus school.
She's appeared on networks like AMC, MTV, and the Food Network and worked for top companies such as Ripley's Believe it or Not!, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Quicken Loans, Make a Wish, and the U.S. military.
Thomas Nealeigh

Robin Marks Foundation Co-Founder & Secretary
Thomas is a founding member and Secretary of the Board for The Robin Marks Foundation, and producing partner of the Ballyhoo Sideshow Festival. Mr. Nealeigh is the founder and a managing partner of FreakShow Deluxe, LLC, a Hollywood-based production company providing shows for amusement parks, fairs, corporate, and concert events all over the country.
Mr. Nealeigh has earned his Masters degree in Theatre from Louisiana Tech University, and holds a Bachelor in English from California State. He is a published author and playwright, currently doing scholarly work regarding sideshow.
Mr. Nealeigh's work with nonprofit companies includes previously serving on the Boards of The Southern Sideshow Hootenanny and The Zoot Theatre Company; working for The Ohio Historical Society and First Frontier, Inc.; and he assisted rapper Master P to create & establish a nonprofit to assist residents of New Orleans after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
